Shipping Policy
Local Pickup & Delivery
- In-store pickup is available Tuesday - Saturday during normal business hours. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup. If you prefer to meet us curbside for pickup, please call the boutique at 850-857-8913 to make arrangements.
- Same day delivery is available to Pensacola, FL, Pace, FL, Milton, FL, and Gulf Breeze, FL after 5pm. A delivery/service charge of $25 will be added to your order. Please be available for your delivery, as no order will be left unattended, and an additional $20 fee is assessed if the item(s) have to be redelivered. You will be notified via email when your order is ready for delivery.
- Shipping is available worldwide, and costs are calculated and displayed at checkout. Please allow 1-5 business days on all orders for processing. Most orders placed by 2pm C/T are shipped the same day with the exception of hair products. Orders placed after 2pm C/T usually ship the next business day. Hair products require a processing time of 2 - 5 days. On average, shipping time is 3- 5 business days in FL, and 5 - 10 business days for states outside of FL. Processing time is separate from shipping time. You will receive an email notification when your order ships with the tracking number provided.
Return & Exchange Policy
Royalty Boutique will accept items returned unused and in its original condition with tags attached up to 14 days after delivery. Item(s) must show no sign of wear, be odorless, and unaltered. Store credit or an exchange will be made in the amount equal to purchased merchandise only. Shipping is non-refundable, and no monetary refund will be given for any item(s). No exceptions. No return labels are provided. Returns can be sent to 848 W Michigan Ave Pensacola, FL 32505. The following items are not available for return and/or exchange:
